To start with I thought this a very good site……fast withdrawals…….very quick verification and then frozen account like many other people seem to experience wanting payslips……I’m retired ……..and bank statements with private details on……no other casino site has ever asked fir such personal information from me before ……….it is a shame as the site is very good and quick responses from emails but I didn’t really want to send private information over…….however I sent a copy of my savings account which has a large amount in and just one sheet of a bank statement with my name and account number on………….no this wasn’t enough and still asking for payslips even though I have told them I have retired …,,,,.so reluctantly I have asked to refund my £135 balance and close the account …….a shame really that they will lose customers this way .

Looks like a great casino and in fact the game selection is all you could ask for however there are a couple of alarming points. First one being the wagering rules when accepting a bonus. On most casinos a wagering rule comes into play when using and benefiting from bonus funds, so before this actually becomes cash you need to wager to bonus funds a certain number of times. Fine that’s standard, but with Conquestador the wagering requirements to be entitled to your bonus funds actually needs to be wagered with real money. I won a £30 bonus and had to wager x20 =£600 built the amount up to £1900 wagering much more than the £600 needed only to find out NO I haven’t actually wagered a penny as it needs to be made with real funds. Strange.

On top of this I was quite happy to play with £600 of my own money because of the balance already however I was set a mere £485 deposit limit which I was close to reaching and would not increase the limit. I understand and appreciate player protection I have been gambling for many years on many sites but the same documentation I provide to all my casinos averages out at a minimum £1000 limit before sending in a due diligence form.

Stay away or at best be sure to read every last term and condition. Plenty of better casinos out there in my opinion.

Best to avoid this site

My account has been frozen because they are asking for documents i do not have and even if I did i would not be sharing them with a gambling site..No idea why they need copies of pay slips or proof of savings so i can play on a site where i have set my own spending limits which I am comfortable with. Unless you are willing to supply this site with documents that are not a requirement for any other sites i use i would avoid using this site because it really is far too much hassle and it feels like they are accusing you of money laundering which if i was doing this im sure i wouldn't set a limit of £40. Definitely one to avoid. In response to your reply I have sent all the required documents and as i have explained I cannot send documents which I do not possess and have no idea why a gambling site needs the documents you requested i had less hassle when i got a mortgage and what i am telling people thinking of using this site is there are better sites out there who will not request documents you either don't have or really shouldn't have to share with anyone unless you are trying to get a mortgage or a loan not when you are paying to have a bit of fun on a gaming site.Thie is a site that for what ever reason has became very customer unfriendly not a great business plan

Not very good start after full…

Not very good start after full verification which took months to sort.

The layout of there site is not all that great Slots/games freeze very often which leaves bad player experience.

Customer service unreliable as claims 24/7 live chat which is incorrect and instead goes to emails which can take more time than it should.

Deposit bonuses are not very set out clearly. Lets you select the bonus but doesn't give any message to say how much is needed for it to be credited so it's a guessing game really.

Good points

Because of that 2 stars at best.

Greedy company with no morals.

Happy to take my money but not happy to payout (I won £2375) Provided them everything they ask but linked my details to an old GAMSTOP registration so told me they can’t payout and they are keeping all my deposit money (£1800)

Really disappointed can't understand how you can play book of dead for as many spins as I did and nothing happen, random my ars over 900 spins and got 1 bonus and no real wins more than a few quid. As you already replied to your own comment (random number generator bla bla), we will only confirm that we checked your game history and can confirm that RTP in Book of Dead for your particular gameplay so far is 93.4% which is slightly lower than the theoretical one, and it will only tend to be close to the theoretical one on a very high amount of spins. On the other hand, in Legacy of Dead slot you had 123% RTP and in Mega Moolah it was 180% which is not bad at all.
